Alistair has a passion for the landscape, borne out of a childhood played out in Rome, Seville, Bilbao, Damascus and Beirut. Now based in rural North Yorkshire, Alistair leads a team of talented designers, running a portfolio of exciting projects across the UK, from the Devon coast to the wilds of Fife. His work is rooted in his appreciation of the spirit of the place, and, using dramatic landscape photography, the creation of innovative solutions which are rooted in the historic, spatial, climatic, ecological and cultural layers which define each site he transforms. From small private gardens to expansive country estates, Alistair applies his unique take on the process of place making, through close working relationships with clients and professional colleagues.
